Unique Blend of Strength, Comfort and Protective Qualities – Suitable for Use in Controlled Environments

Features & Benefits

AlphaGuard is the result of a leading-edge technology. Made from a multilayer SMS material, AlphaGuard has a unique blend of physical properties that provides both the user and your production environment with a comfortable and efficient garment. This SMS coverall is a very breathable and comfortable material for the wearer while providing a high level of filtration efficiency for your environment. A low particle count adds another measure of environmental protection for your processes.

AlphaGuard material is not recommended for use with chemicals. An elastic back gathers the loose material in an effort to eliminate snags while reducing the billowing effect that can release particles into the environment.

Construction Details: Two styles and two colors (white and blue) to choose from: coverall with AquaTrak® boots for added slip and fall protection and a standard coverall with elastic wrist, ankle and back. Both configurations have strong, stress-resistant serged seams.

This advanced material was specifically developed to outperform the market in wet conditions. AquaTrak is a fluid resistant material and performs well even in low-level standing water. AquaTrak® MaxGrip® Boot Covers provide slip and fall protection on damp and dry floors. With the MaxGrip® anti-skid soles in these top quality boot covers, safety is paramount. The sole material is also extremely clean, durable and strong enough to stand up to the most abrasive floor surfaces. The AquaTrak® upper material is soft, strong, flexible and a fluid resistant material that also provides appropriate particle holdout. These high top boot covers fit over the calf to provide a comfortable fit and prevent the boot cover from sliding down.

ComforTech® Sterile Sleeves

Features & Benefits

The durable ComforTech sleeve is made of our innovative high quality microporous composite, ultra-clean material to ensure a low particulate count and protection for your sterile work areas. Sonically welded seams make it impervious to fluids, particulates and many chemicals. The tapered cut provides a secure, yet comfortable fit.

The larger end of sleeve is cuffed to expose the garment interior so it can be donned without touching the exterior. The sleeve is positioned inside the package for immediate donning, no fumbling to properly put on the sleeve. This will allow you to limit contamination risk factors resulting from extra handling of the garments and you will be dressed and ready for work quicker.

Sterility Assurance Level: Packaged to eliminate cross contamination, terminally sterilized using gamma irradiation to yield a minimum SAL of 10-6.

Construction Details: Sonically welded seams and tunneled elastic at both ends.

Quality Assurance: The irradiation facility is audited and certified by TUV. This certification covers Provision of Irradiation sterilization for single use medical devices in compliance with EN 552/A1:1999 and ISO 11137:1995 and the facility's Quality Management System is certified to

When you need total facial splash protection, choose the Coverall® face shield. The face shield's wrap-around design provides the wearer with great peripheral vision while acting as a protective shield against non-hazardous liquid splash and light particles in a Lab or Controlled Environment. The Coverall® face shield is not ANSI Z87 rated for eye protection. You can wear the lightweight shield comfortably for long periods and it fits easily over prescription glasses or protective eyewear. A double-sided anti-fog coating reduces the possibility of fogging in high humidity environments. For safe working conditions, the face shield is low distorting and 100% optically clear while a soft polyurethane foam headband securely positions the device on the wearer.
Available in two styles: full face shield and half face shield. Also available with an adjustable Velcro® band or elastic Comfort headband. Individually packaged.
